We contracted with Bennett Air Conditioning to install our Inverter Units in February 2019. Steve Bennett and his team came out in May of this year-(2020) to perform the annual service-maintenance of the units. What really impressed us, is Steve noticed there was an odd noise in one of the compressors. After further investigation he determined the motor should be replaced. He advised us that he has been in the business a long time and this was the first time he had experienced this issue happening.

The GOOD News-The replacement motor would be completely covered under the warranty and we were assured the motor would continue to function until the replacement arrived. Due to the myriad of challenges associated with Covid-19, Steve estimated it would be 4-6 weeks until the replacement motor would arrive. Steve assured us he would personally followup with the manufacturer to ensure the replacement motor could be installed sooner rather than later. True to his word, Steve was able to receive/install the replacement motor well before the expected end date. We are extremely impressed with Bennett Air Conditioning and would highly recommend them.”
